SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR COFFEE EQUIPMENT – GESHA COFFEE CO.
GESHA Coffee Co. specialty coffee roasters est. in 2014, is a growing West Australian coffee roasting company with a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Technician for Coffee Equipment, in our Wholesale Division. This position is Full Time, with hours Monday to Friday. A Company vehicle will be provided as well as ongoing industry training.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
• Service, maintenance and installation of commercial, automatic and domestic Coffee Machines and equipment.
• Ability to problem solve technical issues and work independently.
• Maintaining accurate reporting of service attendance records.
• Ensuring exceptional communication and customer service at all times.
• Occasional travel to our regional WA clients may be required.
Experience and Essential Criteria:
• Experience as a Service Technician of coffee equipment highly regarded but not essential.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s License
• Police Clearance Required
• Must be fit and able to lift and work/move heavy coffee equipment (up to 30kg).
• Mechanical, electrical or refrigeration experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
• Technically minded and able to problem solve.
