In this role
As an on-the-road Service Technician, you will be supporting coffee roasters, cafes and businesses with coffee equipment technical support on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Being La Marzocco's official service partner in Australia, we at Brewtech live and breathe the brand and pride ourselves in after sales care. Working exclusively on La Marzocco branded espresso machines, you will also service and maintain BWT/Puretec filtration systems, various grinder brands and perform installations when required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Technical service of all La Marzocco espresso machines
- Regular servicing of commercial customer equipment
- Responding to and attending customer enquiries or callouts
- Performing preventative maintenance per manufacturer’s guidelines and Brewtech’s schedule
- Maintaining accurate records and submitting detailed job sheets
- Managing appropriate stock control inventory for the van
**About You:**
- Ideally living in the Gold Coast or willing to relocate.
- We are looking for someone who is customer-focused with a commitment to 5-star service.
- Mechanical acumen
- Full and valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel
- Attention to detail and eye-to-hand coordination
- Emergency support mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- We are looking for someone with technical experience coupled with a genuine love for coffee and hospitality.

Given the requirements of the business, this position is based in the Gold Coast remotely reporting to the QLD State Manager. We are seeking applicants who are located in the Gold Coast area to best service our customers’ requirements.
