Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Production & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Packing Coffee: Operate both automatic and manual packing lines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of our specialty coffee products.
- Picking/Packing Wholesale Orders: Fulfill wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Shipping Coordination: Utilize online freight portals to coordinate the shipment of orders, ensuring they are dispatched promptly and reach customers on time.
- Assist with Roasting Needs: Support the roasting team with various tasks as needed, including weighing, grinding, and blending coffee beans. Scope for learning how to roast!
- Delivery: Drive our delivery vans to transport coffee orders to customers located in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Accept responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work safely and be aware of occupational health & safety for self and others.
- Full Driver's License.
- Confidence in navigation and driving in all traffic conditions.
Ideal Criteria:
- Experience working with coffee, either in a cafe or another roastery.
- Roasting experience
- Good grasp of technology and using business ERP and Inventory Systems.
- Current Forklift Licence
