PSA Products is an Australian owned company operating for over 30 years. Located in Burwood (Melbourne), we specialise in manufacturing and distributing fire, security and intercom products to the electrical industry.
We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Team Member/store-person to join our team. This is a hands-on role that is critical to the efficient functioning of the business.
Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders to customers
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30kg.
- Basic computer skills
- Experience working in a similar role (advantageous but not mandatory, training provided)
