AddressExecutive Collections is a boutique Debt Collection Agency located in Parramatta, specialising in Government and Commercial Debt Recovery.
We currently have exciting opportunities for Collectors who are looking for a change of environment to join our busy team. These roles will suit a person, who would enjoy a fast paced office and job diversity.
Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients;
- Negotiating outcomes with customers;
- Skip Tracing;
- File management;
- Comply with client & company policies & procedures;
- General ad-hoc office administration duties.
We are looking for someone who;
- may have a background in collections or experience in a legal office;
- has strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- is reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role;
- is able to prioritise workload and make timely decisions to manage your files accordingly and
- can develop an understanding of ASIC & ACCC Debt Recovery Guidelines. (Training provided)
This is a full time role, 8:15am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, a part-time role can be negotiated for the right candidate.
