We are looking for an outgoing organised person to be responsible for the account management, debt collection and hardship applications of our customers.
About You:
You are a down to earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do.
Key Skills / Experience:
• Understanding of NCCP and knowledge of the current Credit Reporting process would be advantageous (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A customer focussed approach
• Effective record keeping
• Experience with financial assessments in a Credit industry an advantage
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills with multiple systems
• Exceptional organisational skills
As a Collections Officer your responsibilities would include;
• Managing Debt recovery
• Inbound and Outbound calls, emails, SMS
• Scheduling Debt Collection visits for Field Representative
• Managing payment arrangements/hardships
• Defaulting non payers
• Achieve agreed key performance measures
