- MARS Recruitment are excited to be partnered with a rapidly growing asset management organisation who are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through SEO, social media, SEM, and eDM strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute Digital Marketing initiatives for the company and specific business areas.
- Assist in the development and execution of new product campaigns across our subsidiaries.
- Analyse and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns to optimise strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Support the Marketing team with general marketing activities, including event coordination and content creation.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Degree qualifications in communications, marketing, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a Digital Marketing role, preferably in a financial environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as Framer or equivalent.
- Experience in event coordination, including online event tools like Eventbrite.
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe InDesign would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.
