Work with the Head of Risk to:
- Oversee the end to end collections processes and policies to ensure outstanding debt is kept to a minimum.
- Manage compliance requirements.
- Take ownership of the collection strategy
- Mentor and manage a team of four Collections Officer with being hands on when required to lead by example.
- Ensure customer issues are handled with empathy and sensitivity
- Work to continually refine systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Present weekly collections data highlighting relevant data
- Collaboratively partner with the business on Group Audit matters
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A track record of success in consumer lending demonstrating your ability to connect wih clients and drive results
- A problem solving approach and a positive, upbeat approach
- Self-driven and commercially astute with the ability to deliver collection results
- A desire to showcase your leadership skills by inspiring and mentoring a high performing team.
