We are currently seeking experienced Landscapers and Team Leaders to join our skilled team.
About the role ...
- Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.
- Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.
- Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
- Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
- Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
- Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
- Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
- Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.
About you ...
- Proven experience in similar role
- Qualified in Landscape Construction or related field
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
- Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable)
- White Card
