Our client is looking for a vibrant Commercial Asset Manager to join their thriving team in the Inner West! The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry. 

About the Role

• Management and execution of property management services including liaison with tenants.
• Preparation of budgets, outgoings, reconciliations and audits.
• Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease and refurbishments
• Carrying out inspections
• Generate and review Creditor Outstanding reports.
• Process invoices efficiently using automated systems.
• Manage insurance policies and maintain meticulous records.
• Administer Landlord Portal and provide timely Landlord Reporting.
• Conduct general database management.
• Manage work orders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Address tenant and owner enquiries promptly and professionally.

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

• Minimum 4 years plus Commercial Asset management experience
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
• Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration 
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong customer service focus
• A positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local area knowledge
• Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
