Ezi Private Lending is a fast-growing Commercial Brokerage based in Adelaide SA. We work with a high-volume of business clients Australia-wide to support their financial growth and stability, priding ourselves on a fast and efficient service. We stand apart from other Commercial Brokerages due to our specialisation in caveat and private lending. While we also offer traditional secured and unsecured finance options, this unique space is certainly where we like to play.
We have a steady pipeline of self-generated and referred deals coming through every day, and work with clients right across Australia and New Zealand. With virtually unlimited opportunities on the table, we're looking for a proactive and experienced commercial-only broker to join our team.
You will have:
- Strong knowledge of the Australian private commercial lending space
- Experience in caveat lending
- Exceptional commercial product knowledge (full and alt doc loans)
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of the NZ market (preferred but not essential)
The successful applicant will be ambitious, competitive and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-led environment. This is an autonomous role, with the potential to build your own support team.
We will provide:

All you need to do is write deals! Preferably, this will be an office-based role (Dernancourt SA) but we are very open to discussing a work from home position for the right person. Start immediately.
