Quest Personnel are an Australian owned labour hire and workforce management firm with 8 office locations nationally and thousands of workers under our management deployed across the manufacturing and logistics industries nationally. We have experienced enormous growth since opening in Albury and as a result we are looking to recruit an experienced account manager to join our terrific Perth team and manage our client base.
You will be the key interface with our existing client base visiting clients on a daily basis to check on our outsourced workforce and manage our relationships.
Your duties will include:
- Develop existing customer relationship
- Managing day to day operational requirements for clients
- Seeking out and converting growth opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to meet client needs
- Develop strategic plans for all key clients.
About You
- Is a strong operator with experience enforcing and implementing procedure and servicing a client/customer base to a high standard.
- Has experience liaising with customers with strong relationship building skills.
- Has experience managing people and is a strong leader
- Is able to make quick decisions
- You will receive ongoing and direct training from management, so you do not require previous recruitment experience.
Recruitment industry experience is not essential, we are open to training someone who has the above fundamentals in place with no industry experience.
