THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Embark on risk assessments and streamline credit application processes.
- Engage in open and innovative communication with finance brokers, forging partnerships and driving deals forward.
- Turn declined applications into opportunities for growth by providing valuable feedback to our broker network.
- Cultivate robust relationships with our broker and third-party networks through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all regulatory obligations, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Privacy Act, and Anti-money laundering requirements.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, surpassing your monthly KPIs while actively contributing to team success.

About you:
You're the missing piece we're looking for if you have:
- 2+ years' experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst!
- Strong attention to detail and be capable of divergent thinking and flexibility
- Ability to thrive meeting personal/department KPI's and enjoy utilizing your excellent customer service skills!
- Effective communicator capable of building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are looked upon favourably!
