Our client is a well-known Australian organisation that is seeking a Business Analysts to join and help drive a large platform replacement. The current system is critical to business activities and is used heavily across all parts of the organisation, Many different business units have added further features to the system and the change represents a significant business change.
The successful candidate will have the following background:
- 5 years Business Analyst experience
- Excellent analysis and requirement gathering experience across multiple departments with interdependencies.
- Experience following Business requirements through the entire lifecycle including development, testing, implementation and post go live support.
- Experience establishing new support models with incumbent vendor.
- Strong understanding of project delivery including deep understanding and hands on experience running Implementation and Data Migration Activities.
- Excellent project delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Excellent communication and documentation experience
- Documenting process maps, decision trees, template libraries, business rules for business unit
- Deliver business requirements.
- Investigation and documentation of each business units interdependent systems
- Strong business understanding to be able to clearly define prioritisation of each implementation based on business impact and scheduling restraints of a mission critical system.
- Manage activities and timelines in line with Project Plan / deliverables.
- Actively engage with technology for project delivery
