Business Process Analyst (SAP) I 6 months contract I Applicants MUST be Australian Citizens or PR's

Your new role
As a Business Process Analyst working on the SAP Cloud & Digital Rostering Project, you will have responsibility to facilitate the business subject matter experts in the design and documentation of a suite of fully optimised Business processes, founded on the new digital core, for each of the six slipstreams to underpin the transformation of the back office enabling services and successfully deliver the business benefits.
You will support progress at pace through proactive work practices, clarity of design and effective analysis, solving business problems and enabling outcomes through innovative business design, policy and process changes enabled by the selected technology solutions.
This role will work with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors to deliver significant change and improve the experience for thousands of employees at the organisation.
Project 1:
- Budget to Report (B2R): Promote standardised processes that enable faster, more accurate financial processing and reporting. / Order to Cash (O2C): Drive seamless account management enabled through self-service portals and digital enabled invoicing.
Project 2:
- Improve our efficiency to strategically plan for and manage fixed assets from acquisition, through useful life, to disposal.
- 1 role - H2R Streamline HR processes, (including rostering) to enable clear and concise ways of working, and a great people experience.
Skills:
- 5 years plus in business project delivery with SAP systems - S4/HANA for finance and asset management, Ariba for procurement, SuccessFactors for HR
- Experience in Business process design, modelling, mapping and documentation.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of various software development methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with both ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience with frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, PMBOK, PRINCE2, P3M3, PROSCI, ITIL and BABOK.
- Experience in SAP project delivery successfully delivering enabling services business benefits and outcomes
- MUST be Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain baseline clearance
