Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a purely commercial role -
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the whole business including the development team, business development team, design and construction on new projects/feasibility
- End to end feasibility process and then monitoring live projects - actuals and performance analysis
- Cash flow modelling
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Involvement with process improvement projects
Desired Background
- High calibre, driven Finance Manager, Senior Project Accountant or Finance Business Partner would be suitable for this role
- CPA/CA qualified
- Accounting background followed by a commercial role with a property business (ideally property development)
- Feasibility analysis experience is highly advantageous
- Key skills required include Advanced Excel, strong financial modelling, highly analytical, stakeholder engagement and cash flow management
