As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our client's commercial operations. Your leadership will be integral in driving profitability, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring rigorous financial governance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Commercial Finance team, developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the client's business objectives and market trends.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, leveraging your financial acumen to guide strategic decisions that enhance business growth and profitability.
• Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Oversee financial performance analysis, identifying areas of improvement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation to drive the client's financial success.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and industry standards, mitigating risks and safeguarding financial integrity.

Qualifications:

• Applicants are required to possess a demonstrated track record of holding leadership positions in the field of finance, specifically within the energy sector or closely related domains such as social infrastructure or large-scale construction (not residential). Meeting this criterion is essential for initial consideration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
