Your role

As an experienced Commercial Lawyer you will join our highly regarded corporate team in Adelaide and specialise in intellectual property, technology, privacy and competition law. You will work and collaborate with Partner Lisa Jarrett and a national team, and have exposure to a wide variety of challenging and stimulating work including:

• Complex procurement, distribution and technology contracts;
• Cyber security and privacy issues including policies and data breach management;
• Competition and consumer law advice;
• Intellectual property advice and contracts including an international trade mark portfolio; and
• Major infrastructure and outsourcing projects.

More about you

We welcome applications from senior lawyers with:

• At least 5 years of technical skill in Commercial Law, ideally with intellectual property, technology and privacy experience;
• The ability to deliver clear, quality, commercial and pragmatic advice;
• A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts;
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment;
• An interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives including presentations, client training and publications;
