The Firm & The Role
Our client is a long established commercial law firm and they are looking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer with at the 1 to 4 year pae level.
This is a broad commercial law role and a flavour of the work will include:
- general commercial & corporate matters
- contract drafting
- franchising work
- advising on privacy, consumer law, competition law and IP issues
- employment law matters
- advising on terms & conditions
It's not necessary that you have experience in all of the above areas. Where experience and skill set are lacking, you will be trained and up skilled.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Around 1 to 4 years pae in the area of commercial law
- Commercial nous as well strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and client building skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly developed organisation skills and be able to juggle competing deadlines
- Enthusiasm, drive and ambition
