Commercial Litigation And Insolvency Lawyer (3+ Years Pae)

Arrow White is an exciting boutique law firm located in Brisbane CBD and we are seeking a highly motivated 3+ PAE lawyer to work in our Commercial, Insolvency and Litigation team. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and Court proceedings.
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and appearing on Court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and provide support in complex litigation matters.
• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation and case law.
• Assist with business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Law and a valid Queensland legal practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of post-admission experience in commercial, insolvency and litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Favorable experience includes:

• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal pleadings with limited supervision.
• Previous exposure to Litigation and Insolvency matters, including dispute resolution and Court appearance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
