Our Gold Coast office is expanding and we are now seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation/Family/Criminal/Corporate Lawyer to join the team in a full-time opportunity.

About you: You are a qualified and experienced Lawyer with a great personality, the bilingual lawyer who can speak both fluent English and Mandarin. The ideal candidate will enjoy working directly with clients and have well developed client relationship skills as well as a strong team-oriented approach.
Your duties including:
· Following all reasonable directions given by the supervisor and partners.
· Independently managing files under supervision (utilizing support staff as required).
· Maintain and build client relationships in a manner consistent with the values of the firm.
· Maintaining her workflow in a timely and efficient manner and keeping an account of her billable hours.
· Accurately, entering, documents and file notes and her billable hours into LEAP, the practices software management system.
· Appearing in court as and when required during the carriage of her matters.
· Maintaining appropriate dress code.
· Briefing counsel.
· Continually developing her knowledge of the law and cases.
· Conducting herself in the utmost professional manner.
· Attending staff meetings and training sessions.
· Comply with the UCPR and Legal Profession Uniform Law, including supervision requirements whilst on a restricted practicing certificate.
· Anything other tasks which the partners, or your supervisor reasonably and lawfully, direct her to do.
· Outstanding time management & communication skills as well as expert knowledge in your area of practice.
