We are actively seeking an Associate | Commercial Litigation Lawyer, bringing a minimum of 2+ years of PAE in Commercial Litigation.
You will be accountable for:

• • Engaging in a diverse array of litigation work, with a primary focus on shareholder disputes and contractual disputes.
  • Contributing to their expansive 'pre-litigation' practice, seamlessly collaborating with other teams within the firm.
  • Serving a clientele predominantly composed of SMEs in the $5 million to $100 million turnover bracket, representing a wide array of industries.
  • Upholding a commitment to high technical skills, encompassing in-house handling of pleadings, advice work, and drafting. This is complemented by strategic collaboration with counsel for advocacy, reviewing, settling, and overflow capacity.

About You

• A minimum of 2 years' PAE with robust litigation experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adept file management skills.
• The determination and drive to pursue career advancement, whether aiming for the role of Senior Associate or even partnership in the future. All these paths are attainable within our client's existing team structure.
