Role Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years' PAE to join their Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries, including national organisations. You'll collaborate directly with esteemed partners and skilled, cooperative practitioners. Your Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in disputes across various sectors: property, construction, mining, banking, health, insolvency, insurance, agriculture, technology, media, private enterprise, hospitality, sports, entertainment, and retail.
- Work directly with a Partner on challenging and fulfilling cases.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate pragmatic, proactive, and solution-focused approaches.
- At least 5 years' post-admission experience in a reputable firm.
- Strategic, commercially-focused, and confident professional.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to advance career in Commercial Litigation.
