Coordinating and optimizing key touchpoints for channel service across Customer Service Centers and Agent support teams, you ensure service levels are consistently maintained by implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
- Strong commitment to safety and strive to maintain safe working environment and practices for self and others in accordance with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations
- Providing guidance and support to ensure effective customer engagement and retention strategies are implemented whilst supervising relationship managers, responsible for unmanaged customers
- Participating in the deployment and implementation of new offers as needed and collaborate with central teams to develop new local offers tailored to specific market needs
- Ensuring seamless integration and utilization of digital tools at the local level to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, you work closely with central teams to develop digital sales tools aimed at improving zone performance
- Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, you are the primary point of contact for sales rhythms and metrics management for Zone, GMs and central SFE and you collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and objectives
- A positive interface for BOC to existing and prospective customers, you drive continuous customer service improvement and seek to increase the range of products and services to customers
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, in a related field or equivalent
- Proven experience in channel management, sales operations, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and technology will aid you well in this role
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
