The Opportunity:
Based in our North Sydney office, an opportunity to step in and cover parental leave for approximately a 12 month period. In this role you will join the Commercial Operations team based in our North Sydney office and be able to work in a hybrid role.
1. Preparation & participation of Commercial Operations Leadership Team Meetings
- Internal Stakeholder engagement and participation at regular meetings to understand upcoming Inventory Tasks and assist in prioritisation
2. Assisting in training and distribution of work to Coordinator
- 1:1s and meetings and supporting reports
- Ongoing training with CO Team Lead
3. Commute & Locate ownership & management
- Commute SME
- BAU tasks as necessary (below)
- Ongoing audits and data cleansing across IS & OMS & IMS
- Oversee Locate tasks and data where required
- Ongoing training of Locate products with Locate CO Team Lead
4. Maintain trackers and general Admin
- New Builds + Non-Illums
- Blocks tracker
- Decommission tracker
- Inventory – Power BI reporting and Data Clean Up (ongoing)
- Aligning OMS & IS audits
Systems you will be using:

- You're technically astute with strong analytical skills and possess excellent MS Office capabilities across Outlook, Excel and Teams (or similar).
