Role Insight
We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for a refined Commercial Property Analyst to join our prestigious team. This position is based in the heart of Sydney and is ideal for a dynamic professional with a robust background in Property Economics, Valuation, or Property Development.
Under the direct mentorship of our Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining the integrity of our client and property database systems and enhancing our property management processes. This role requires a commitment to excellence and precision, from initial client engagement to the finalisation of transactions. You will also contribute to preliminary research activities and support our associates in strategic investment and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on commercial properties to assess value, identify potential risks, and explore enhancement strategies.
- Maintain precise records within our CRM and database systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Generate detailed reports on client and property portfolios, maintaining a high standard of client communication.
- Support the development and analysis of market trends to aid in high-level decision-making.
- Assist in preparing and delivering proposal documents to secure new client relationships.
- Serve as a liaison among various stakeholders to facilitate the creation of in-depth property profiles and presentations.
Who You Are
- A minimum of one year Real Estate experience as an Analyst, including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, or Residential Development assets
- A degree in Property Economics, Valuation, or Business would be advantageous.
- Highly organised, meticulous, and professionally polished.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- A current Australian Driver’s License is mandatory.
