AddressOur client based in the North and is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a very small portfolio consisting of retail and industrial properties and to build this portfolio up and build a team in the future. This is an opportunity to make this your own.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio currently around 30 properties
- New Business in the Commercial sector
- Manage and grow the portfolio
- All duties required in managing a portfolio, end to end with office support
- Monday to Friday ONLY
- Big office and team environment - Social group
About you:
- Min. 12 months experience managing a Commercial portfolio
- Highly motivated and confident operator
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
- Experience using a real estate / commercial program highly regarded
- Corporate attire
- Excellent communication and written skills
