We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of our law firm. Reporting to the CEO, this hands on Finance Manager role will see you responsible for undertaking financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- undertake financial reporting
- prepare financial statements for senior management
- develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- monitor and analyse financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- trust account management
- cash flow management
- ad hoc reporting
- develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures
- oversee accounts payable and receivable
- liaise with banks and auditors as relevant
Qualifications/experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent working experience
- prior experience managing a finance function
- well developed analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- advanced Microsoft Excel skills
