The Company:Our client is a leading commercial/industrial agency based in Sydney's Western Suburbs. With over 10 Commercial Property Managers on the team, you will join an extremely strong PM department that has loads of support. This agency specialises in industrial and commercial only, focusing in Sydney's Western and South Western areas.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;
- Manage an Industrial Portfolio (90%) industrial (10%) Commercial
- Liaise with Business Owners and large Corporations on Property Matters
- Conduct Rent Reviews on Small to Large Assets
- Liaise with Solicitors on Leasing Documents & Compliance
- All Property Inspections
- Arrears Management
- Knowledge of the Legislation
- Portfolio size will be tailored to the candidate's experience
- A Minimum of 1+ Years of Experience in Commercial Property management
- A Confident & Assertive Personality with the Ability to Build Rapport Easily
- A Strong Ambition to Build a Successful Career in Commercial/Industrial Management
- A Current Certificate of Registration or Real estate License
- Grow into a senior Commercial Property Manager role in a few years
- Learn and grow your commercial and industrial knowledge, by working closely with the directors
