Position Overview:
With the hands-on support of a Head of Department, your role will be to manage a portfolio of just over 100 predominantly industrial properties located in Cockburn, Kwinana, Rockingham, Canningvale, Kewdale, and Welshpool.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Managing lease extensions and renewals
- Liaising with property owners and tenants
- Setting up budgets and managing financial aspects related to properties
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Additional allowances totalling $165 per week for petrol, car, and mobile expenses
- Day to day support and training from a hands-on Department Manager and from the Director
- Free Parking on site
- Flexible start and finish times
