About the Role

Our client is a well-known Commercial Construction company who is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with exposure constructing fast food outlets, petrol stations and/or childcare centres

Your primary day to week activities will include;
 

• Coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle across several different projects
• Stakeholder management
• Lead and manage project execution teams to maximise performance
• Create & execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and procurement plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards including WHS requirements
• Prepare tender submissions and cost reports

The role requires reliance on;

• Your previous Project Management experience in a similar role.
• Your qualifications in Building or Project Management
• Your experience in estimating and contract administration
• Your ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Your exceptional organisational, multi-site management and time management skills to meet quality project milestones
• Your demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Your proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Your calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonating
