We are on the lookout for someone to play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development team. Reporting to the Head of National Business Development, you’ll wear multiple hats, balancing workload management, hands-on Business Development administration, and ensuring clear communication through reports, presentations, and meeting preparation. This role is a full-time 12-month parental leave contract position.
Objectives
- Manage tenders and proposals. Create tenders, proposals, and other data and documents to support Business Development through accurate contract creation.
- Drive deal flow by clearly communicating team priorities, coordinating requests for support with internal and external stakeholders, and keeping deals progressing seamlessly.
- Delivery of clear and concise reports, presentations, and board meeting packs.
- Responsible for administering Salesforce and other relevant systems.
About you
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, with demonstrated proficiency in contract administration.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration along with other relevant systems used for contract management, including SharePoint, Power BI, and the MS Office product suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are desired but not essential.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and completion of contracts.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills are needed for clear and concise communication when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple workflows and tasks.
- Contract management expertise to ensure best practice.
