Job Description
Design, develop and deliver the enterprise reporting framework.
Design, develop and implement enterprise suite of metrics.
Lead the development of Reporting and analytics capability for our optimisation program.
Utilise Data Analytics to identify patterns and trends, providing commentary that can lead to actionable insights and decision making.
Support delivery of operational and financial outcomes by understanding business needs, priorities and drivers through stakeholder consultation and collaboration.
Working with IT to ensure single source of truth reporting, security and integration with existing systems.
Work with stakeholders to implement data governance and controls.
Identify and implement simplification and automation where viable.
The Successful Applicant
CA or CPA Qualified preferred
Commercial experience and understanding of business operations
Experience in analytics, reporting, data management or similar
Experience in leading a team of analysts with a proven track record in delivering business outcomes
Experience working with visualisations tools such as PowerBI
Experience delivering analytics projects in a complex business environment
High level of business acumen
Strong problem solving with an ability to adapt
Results/outcomes driven
Strong ability to communicate
