About the role
As our Data Analytics Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for implementing tools and strategies to translate data into valuable business insights, such as reports, dashboards and projections.
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, performance management, on-going development and implementation of Data Analytics projects across the bank. This role will essentially see you become an SME as you are relied upon for your expertise and knowledge.
- Building and maintaining roadmaps
- Developing strategies for effective data analysis, reporting and analytics solutions
- Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions to meet business objectives
- Overseeing all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure data quality

- Previous experience in a similar role preferably within banking or financial services space
