About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity in our Commercial Agency team for a driven and motivated Sales and Leasing Executive looking to further their career in commercial real estate.
Tasks will be varied whilst you cover all aspects of the Sales and Leasing process; from prospecting, to developing marketing skills, negotiation tactics, and through to executing a final sale.
- Responding to enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Arranging and inspecting properties
- Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing landlords/vendors
- Business development and prospecting for new opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, administration and property management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process rental applications and reference checks

You will have
- 6 months + experience in commercial real estate
- Demonstrated history of being team player and having a strong work ethic
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the Melbourne commercial property market is essential
- Established organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Completed your Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
- Valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle
