Your new role
- Ongoing management and developmental growth of an existing commercial contractor, Architect and Interior Designer customer base
- Identify State Commercial opportunities seeing through to commercial outcome.
- Compilation and dissemination of required Commercial Sales reports.
- Preparation of tenders and/or formal requests for submissions for commercial specifications
Key Challenges
- Ensuring that the current customer base is serviced accordingly in accordance with internal expectations
- Ensuring Commercial projects are monitored, and submissions tendered within the timeframe outlined.
- Ensure that the company is professionally represented in all meetings and presentations with clients and prospective clients
- Ensuring cooperative relationships with key personnel to further overall company objectives
- Ensuring that Commercial Sales budgets are achieved
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline from concept to completion
- Experience in product presentation to potential customer groups
- Experience in preparation and submission of formal tenders
