Safe Work Laboratories is Australia's only laboratory specialising exclusively in drugs of abuse testing. We are AS4308 and AS4706 accredited by NATA and test for all drugs under the relevant Australian Standards as well as for synthetic compounds.
We are looking for an all rounder that is happy to get in and help with anything required.
Essential Job Functions
Scheduling Client Bookings
Answering phones
Organising stock orders
Processing Collections paperwork
Hours - Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day but fully flexible of start time between 0700 - 1000.
Preferred available immediately but can be patient for the right person.
Requirements
Intermediate PC Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship and scheduling software as utilized by the company (currently ACT)
Proactive outbound telephone discipline and manner
Mature, business and friendly telephone manner
Organised in work flow
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Keeping cool under pressure
