AddressThis role will play a critical role in driving efficiency and solution design across an expanse client base. Through proactive data analysis and effective solution design you will drive continuous improvement initiatives with the aim of improving supply chain efficiencies and lowering distribution cost. Some responsibilities include;
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders and clients to understand customers operation and logistics model
- Engage in considered and detailed analysis of large data sets, and provide insights on opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate internally and externally to devise root cause analysis and effective solutions for customers
- Support Account management team on bids, pitches and execution of solutions
- Consistently look for financial and operational areas to improve and drive projects
- Reponsible for financial and margin analysis to ensure strong revenue performance for the business
To be successful
- Minimum 5 years industry experience as an analyst, ideally within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing and FMCG industry.
- Freight experience ideal (strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills, experience utilizing large datasets and spreadsheets essential.
- Proven ability to identify, translate and problem solve issues and errors within data sets.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to influence all levels of management
- A collaborative and team-oriented individual who embraces challenges and has the ability to build stakeholder relationship
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
