Commercial/Corporate Lawyer/Senior Associate

The role: Will see you playing a key role alongside a close-knit team of leading lawyers and partners across high end commercial transactions, including some mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and general Commercial/Corporate advice.

You: Will be a 5+ PQE corporate or commercial lawyer with solid experience gained within a large team or high end boutique practice.  You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial with honed technical and drafting skills.
