The role:

Our Asset Management Services Team is regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients. The primary goal of this role is to oversee a portfolio of commercial and retail properties on behalf of Knight Frank clients. Responsibilities include adhering to budget constraints, complying with guidelines set by Knight Frank Senior Management and Clients, and supervising direct reports to optimise returns through proactive property management practices. 

Key responsibilities:

• Collect rent arrears and conduct property inspections
  
• Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff, contractors and clients
  
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and audit requirements
  
• Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients, operating within budget limits, authorities, requirements and procedures
  
• Prepare reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar property management role
  
• Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property)
  
• Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential)
  
• Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
  
• Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail
  
• Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  
• Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team
  
• Look for opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value
  
• Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously
  
• Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports
