Commi Chef

This position is Permanent Part Time  and wages will be paid under the QMOW Work Place Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

 Salary Package options are available.
 

Sandgate & District Meals on Wheels Inc is a “Not for Profit” organisation  that is managed by a volunteer committee. Together staff and volunteers provide nutritional meals to the community.

Under the supervision of the Head Chef you will work with our volunteers to to provide a high standard of Main Meals, Soups, Desserts and Lunch Items.

• Maintain/Display a high level of personal hygiene
• Ability to quickly adapt between task
• Able to follow and give instructions in a concise and professional manner to Kitchen Staff and Volunteers.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience working within a commercial kitchen.

Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery

Beneficial

Experience in Catering/Production Cooking.

Experience in textured modified diet.
