Commis Chef

Pearl is a beautiful beachside venue with a fun, thriving kitchen and a delicious mediterranean inspired menu. We focus heavily on fresh, South Australian seafood and local garden produce. We have one of the best views of Aldinga Bay from our dining room and cook over a giant custom charcoal grill daily. We source and pour local booze along side tasty plates from the sea in a casual but considered environment.
 

We are looking to expand our kitchen team with talented, like minded individuals. Flexible hours available over a five day working week. We can offer long term positions and endless opportunities for the right people.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate:

• Can demonstrate experience cooking and serving plates in an a la carte restaurant environment
• They have a keen eye for detail
• An ability to move with a sense of purpose and work efficiently whilst maintaining a calm demeanour.
• Accountability & self motivation
• They have great personal presentation & keep their work station clean (open kitchen)
• They have excellent communication skills
• They are confident and capable at working both in a team environment and unsupervised
• That they can legally work in Australia
