We’re an independent brewery based in the heart of Collingwood. We are continually striving for exceptional experiences in our Beer Hall with a menu that changes seasonally and over 20 beers on tap, all brewed in-house.

About You:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to crafting exceptional dishes with fresh ingredients
- Commitment to equality and sustainability practices
- Positive contribution to workplace culture and safety
- Alignment with our values of respect, inclusivity, and sustainability
- Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens is advantageous but not essential
- Bonus points for a love of great beer!
