We are looking to add another passionate, food & service focused Chef de Partie to our Apollo family.
Working a 4 day week (3 x nights and 1 x day shift), across 7 nights, you will be responsible for serving our guests autonomously in a customer facing role.
The intimate cocktail bar runs a menu of snacks and share plates designed with drinking in mind; from ever-evolving spans of shellfish on ice to classic beef Carpaccio, chips and cheese or dessert, the menu at Apollo Inn is built for every occasion. Although concise, the menu but can pack a punch when it comes to service. You could be busy chatting with guests, whilst preparing food for up to 40 people at a time. Or you may have a quiet period where you can learn from the bar team.
