-Must have experience in Italian cuisine
-Minimum 2 years experience

-Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
-Strong Food Safety experience
-Flexible availability-weekends, public holidays, and nights

-Ensure quality control
-Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
-Food service and preparation
-Assist and collaborate with the Executive Chef
