An exciting opportunity exists for a Commis Chef to join our new team and work in world class kitchen facilities in the heart of Hurstville! Reporting to the Head Chef & Sous Chefs the role will create memorable dining experiences, with consistency in flavour and a variety of offerings.

Scope of the role:
Will be working across different kitchens including Casual dining a la carte, banqueting & semi-fine dining (training will be provided)
Working as part of a team of up to 8 kitchen staff on shift
Skills & experience:
Cert III Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Certification.
Excellent communicator.
Flexibility to work around a varying roster
Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
A positive and calm attitude
