PLG venue, The Peninsula Club in Dromana is looking for an experienced Casual Commis Chef with a real passion for food and hospitality. What will my duties include? Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards

Work in conjunction with Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and implement seasonal menus as required Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service time in the allocated section Ensure food and safety procedures are being followed What are we looking for? Cert 3 or 4 commercial cookers or equivalent Food Handlers Certificate Experience with kitchen operations and functions and ability to cook a broad range of food items
