Senior Contracts Administrator/Contracts Manager- Growing Business

The Role:

• Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements.
• Management of team of CA's
• Preparation of cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements.
• Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and other team member
• This role is office based but with regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent 
• 3+ years experience in a CA role/ ideally in a Senior CA position
• Ability to manage a small team of CA's
• Proven experience working on Commercial Fit Out/Refurbishment projects
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be client facing and well presented. 
• Have the ability to work autonomously and fast paced environment
