We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our team. Ideally suited to a Chef wanting to work Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm with no 7 day rotating roster.

The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for the industry
- Be committed & reliable as well as creative and able to multi task
- Self-motivated
- Previous experience in a similar role with experience in A-La-Carte and Banquet Kitchen Operations
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high standards of food production and presentation
- Showing initiative re new menu ideas and recommend cost saving measures
- Ensuring that all work practices in the kitchen adhere to WHS & HACCP requirements
- Organizing food production in accordance with the production list, function sheets and other special requirements
