The roleNobu Matsuhisa's acclaimed Japanese Peruvian restaurant, Nobu is the jewel amongst the restaurants of
Crown Sydney.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Nobu kitchen team as a
Commis Chef.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Japanese and Asian cuisine cooking experience
- Maintaining high and consistent food standards
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Upmarket dining or hotel experience
Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to:
- Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)
